6.11 Conveyor chain tension
If conveyor is too loose to touch the machine body, it may cause feeding problem.
6.11.1 Tighten chain tension
Adjust screws on both sides of the machine body.
1 Loosen screws(A) to remove the black cover.
2 Loosen screws(B) in the front side and screw(C) in the back side to remove the cover of the
conveyor chain.
3 Loosen nut(D) and adjust screw(E) to tight chain up. There is one screw on the front side
and another screw on the back side. Ensure you turn the same cycles for both screws.
4 Lock the nut(D).
6.11.2 Chain clearance
Ensure cover is 2mm lower than chain pads. If cover is too low, it may hit the chain
pads; If it is too high, it may hit the panel.
