5.6 Pressure roller
Iron roller at 90° and rubber contact roller form the contact zone. Depending on the edge
thickness, the contact pressure can be adjusted manually by inserting the edge material. Need to
double check pressure roller works properly when you replace edges.
5.6.1 Adjustment
1. Turn knobs clockwise to make a gap behind the pressure rollers.
2. Place a small piece inside the gap.
3. Fasten knobs to stabilized the pressure.
5.7 End trimming & Corner rounding unit
The end trimming to work the front and rear ends cut and the corner rounding to work the corners
of the panel are combined into 1 unit, and its main features are compactness, the good finishing
obtained on the crimping, the ability to adapt to different panel profiles without need of particular
adjustments of the unit and to work 2 ends plus 4 corners of the panel during the feed of the
panel.
5.7.1 Sensor check
Sensor should light on when the corner rounding unit reaches to the end position.
Otherwise, it should be off.
Left limit sensor (Initial position):
Corner rounding unit comes from this position, and left limit sensor would light on as
unit reaches to this position.
