5.3.1 Usage tips
1. Loosen screw (A), and then loosen screw (B) before adjust the indicator (see the picture).
2. To avoid thread gap, ensure you turn the counter from small number to large number. For
example, if the panel is 18mm and you start from 25mm, turn the counter less than 18mm
(such as 16mm), then return to 18mm.
3. After adjust the counter, please fasten two screws. Ensure to fasten screw (B) first and then
fasten screw (A).
5.4 Glue pot
Note: Release knob G before you start working.
Teflon coating glue pot has a 1.2 kg capacity; 25-30 minutes warm-up time is quick operational
readiness. The quickly change system of the glue pot guarantees shortest cleaning and changeover
times when changing glue.
5.4.1 Usage tips
1. Make sure operating glue pot in the temperature range on the glue’s specification sheet.
2. If there is a layer of burnt, carbonized glue on the inner walls of the glue pot, please clean it.
Use wooden stick or soft brush to clean glue to avoid Teflon coating was scratched.
Note: Please follow 6.3 Clean glue pot by steps
3. Fill glue up to 80% capacity of glue pot.
