APPROXIMATE TOE-IN MODIFICATION
1/8 TURN (0.15 in)
1/4 TURN (0.31 in)
1/2 TURN (0.62 in)
- Loosen nuts (1) on both tie rod ends.
- Adjust both ends by same amounts, rotate internal
bar (2) to make tie rod longer or shorter and
adjust the amount of toe-in. Adjust tie rods until
toe-in measurement is within correct specication:
less than 2 mm (0.07 in).
The table below species some reference specications.
- Tighten the nuts (1) to 120 N•m after adjustment.
