6.2 LUBRIFICAZIONE E ASSISTENZA
PERIODICA
ATTENZIONE: non lubricare o regolare il
trattore con il motore in moto, a meno che
non sia necessario.
IMPORTANT: le cadenze raccomandate per la
manutenzione si intendono per condizioni medie.
Manutenere piu’ spesso se il trattore viene
utilizzato in condizioni impegnative.
ATTENZIONE: dopo interventi di
manutenzione, pulizia o riparazione della
macchina, reinstallare le/gli eventuali
protezioni o scudi prima di rimettere in funzione il
trattore. Per gli interventi di manutenzione sul
trattore, usare soltanto lubricanti che rispettino le
speciche indicate nel capitolo combustibili e
lubricanti.
- Welding
Electric (spot or arc) welding is dangerous for the
vehicle since it could damage the tractor’s electrical
system and electronics. It is highly recommended
not to perform any welding jobs on the vehicle. It is
forbidden to make welds on the wheel rim to prevent
damage to the tire and accidents.
Note: Contact an authorised service centre tohave
all welding jobs done on the vehicle.
- Topping up
If any uid level drops (oil, coolant, etc.) top up
as described in the relevant section. Apply to an
authorised service centre if level continues to drop.
- Inspection of hydraulic hones
Check hydraulic hoses regularly, at least once a year,
for leaks, kinks, cuts, tears, rubbing, bulges, corrosion,
exposed fabric and other signs of wear and damage.
Replace worn or damaged hoses immediately.
6.2 LUBRICATION AND PERIODICAL
SERVICING
Intervals for checking, lubricating, servicing or
adjusting the various parts are based on actual
working hours, as indicated by the hour counter. Hour
counter starts whenever engine is started.
Reads overall engine working hours. Based on hour
counter reading, carry out all scheduled servicing
according to the hour intervals indicated in the next
pages. Always ensure the hour counter is ecient.
CAUTION: Do not lubricate or adjust tractor
when engine is running, unless required.
IMPORTANT: Recommended maintenance
intervals refer to average conditions. Service more
often if tractor is used in heavy duty conditions.
CAUTION: After servicing, cleaning or
repairing the machine, reinstall any
protections or shields before operating the
tractor again. When servicing, only use lubricants
complying with the specications detailed under
"Fuels and lubricants".
