Change the sort order and

Click on the field you want to sort the data on. Click
again to reverse the sort order.

To Refresh the Current View
Step 1 On the Directory Toolbar, click on the icon to reload the directory
data from the database and refresh the information display.

Step 1 From Edit menu, select Reload Directory Information option.
