Offset Description
Bit1 - ADPOVP (1 = AC_OFF for adaptor improper)
Bit2 - BATTLEARN (1 = AC_OFF for battery at learning mode)
Bit3 - CMD (1 = AC_OFF for Command)
Bit4 - BATTOVP (1 = AC_OFF for battery OVP)
Bit5 - LEAKCURRENT (1 = AC_OFF for Leakage current)
Bit6 - AIRADAPTOR (1 = AC_OFF for air-adaptor)
Bit7 - ACOFF (Control AC_OFF active, 0: enable, 1: disable)
