Valid values for bits <7..4> and bits <3..0>:
0000 = Not installed
0001 = 360-KB drive
0010 = 1.2-MB drive
0011 = 720-KB drive
0100 = 1.44-MB/1.25-MB drive
0110 = 2.88-MB drive
(all other values reserved)
