4. Dispensing two labels at a time
a. The sensitivity value of the label is
too close to the value of the backing
paper. It is unable to send out signal
to stop it.
b. The red light of the label sensor is
not exactly focused on the backing
paper.
c. Some transparent bottles may cause
the product sensor to double detect
a single product.
a. Increase label sensitivity value.
b. Properly adjust label sensing point.
c. Properly adjust product sensor.
5. No label placed on product Product spacing is too close on the
conveyor
Increase the space between products.
6. Wrinkle labels a. Label dispensing speed is too fast.
b. Label position is too rightward.
c. Product shape is irregular, not
smooth.
a. Decrease label dispensing speed.
b. Adjust the label position leftward.
c. Contact with product supplier.
7. The front of the label is bend Label position is too leftward. Adjust the label position rightward.
8. Product pulls out and loosens the
backing paper.
Label dispensing speed is too slow. Increase label dispensing speed.
9. Label is dispensed incompletely and
stepper motor with vibration.
a. Machine speed is too fast and
stepper motor is overloaded.
b. Product spacing is too close on the
conveyor.
a. Slow down the label dispensing
speed.
b. Increase the space between
products.
10. The left and right positions of the
label are different.
a. Irregular product causes the sensing
point is not exactly.
b. Transparent bottles may cause fault
product detection.
a. Perform the detecting point
adjustments.
b. Decrease the product sensor
sensitivity.
11. Label is dispensed repeatedly
a. The sensitivity value between
backing paper and label is too close,
or the value of backing paper is
higher than the setting values.
b. The label web is not properly placed
in the label sensor slot.
c. Label material maybe too clear or
the label sensitivity value is very
close to the backing paper
sensitivity value.
d. The gap between the labels is just
places into the label sensor slot.
a. Make sure the label sensitivity value
higher than backing paper value by
30.
b. Check the label web is indeed
placed in the label sensor slot.
c. Contact factory for a special sensor.
d. Increase the setting value of the
label dispensing length.
