6.2 Machine Parts Functions
A brief description of the main components functions of the machine are given in this section, please
refer to “Machine Parts Identification” section for the identification of the parts on the machine.
․ No.1: "Label Roll Disk", provides to load the label roll.
․ No.2: "Rewind Spool”, provides to collect the backing paper.
․ No.3: “Label Roll Axle”, provides to fix the label roll center.
․ No.4: “Tension Arm”, keeps the label web straight with a proper tension.
․ No.5: "Label Web Guide Posts", provide to guide the label in straight.
․ No.6: "Label Peel Blade", provides to peel the label from backing paper.
․ No.7: “Hot Stamp Printer”, provides to print code/letter onto the label.
․ No.8: "Wrap Belt Assembly", provides smooth labeling without label wrinkles or bubbles.
․ No.9: "Control Panel (Hand-Held Terminal, HHT)" provides to operate and set up parameter of
the machine.
․ No.10: "Main Power Switch" provides power supply to the machine.
․ No.11: "Power Box”, houses the electrical components and the wirings of the machine.
․ No.12: "Conveyor Motor”, provides the mechanism power to conveyor.
․ No.13: "Guide Rail”, designed to guide the products for proper labeling.
․ No.14: “Conveyor Assembly”, designed to transport products on the labeler.
․ No.15: "Conveyor Height Adjustment Mechanism", provides to adjust the conveyor height by
loosening the upper screws.
․ No.16: Caster Wheels: is designed to move the machine.
․ No.17: “Fastening Handle””, provides fastening for the wrap plate after height adjustment.
․ No.18: "Wrap Plate Height Adjustment Handwheel", provides to adjust a proper wrap height to
meet the label position.
․ No.19: “Wrap Plate Height Fastening Block”, provides fastening aids for wrap plate.
․ No.20: "Wrap Plate Horizontal Adjustment Handwheel", provides to adjust properly its horizontal
position.
․ No.21: “Electrical Connector for Wrap Station”, provides to connect power to wrap station.
․ No.22: "Guide Rail Height Adjustment Knobs”, provides the height adjustments of guide plates.
․ No.23: “Guide Rail Fasteners”, provides fastenings for guide plates.
․ No.24: "Conveyor Belt Adjustment Block”, designs to tighten/loosen the conveyor belt.
․ No.25: "Guide Rail Width Adjustment Knob ", provides the width adjustment of the guide rail.
․ No.26: "Product Separator Wheel", is responsible of providing a proper spacing between bottles.
