4.5 Positioning and Adjustment of Machine Level and Height
a. Adjust the machine to the required height and position horizontally with jacks. Place two jacks at the
center position between the foot stands and under the machine aluminum base (refer to Fig. 4.5-1).
b. Height Adjustment:
Loosen the upper screws of the foot stand with a screw driver (refer to Fig. 4.5-1). Then adjust the
height. There is no need to loosen the lower screw of the foot stand while performing the height
adjustment.
c. Adjust the four swivel casters of the machine foot stand. Check to ensure that the casters rest
evenly without vibration. Finally use a level to verify that the machine horizontal position is correct.
