11.4 Hot Stamp Printer Adjustments
C60 Hot Stamp Printer is an optional item for the machine. It is used for coding and dating on the
labels. Printing action must be synchronized with labeling action. Proper adjustment is required before
starting the machine.

11.5.1 Label Remaining Quantity Adjustment
a. This function is designed for label quantity management (see LCD 1). After the labels quantity of the
roll is built, the display will show the current label remaining quantity. And it will alert with an alarm
when the label remaining quality falls below "500" and "200". The machine will stop when the label
remaining quality falls to "0".
b. Normally, it is set at "0" when label quantity management is not required.
c. How to key in a label remaining quantity:

11.5.2 Product Speed (PD SPD) Adjustment
a. To change product speed: press → or key → key
b. The parameters (F1:LAB SPD, F2:EXTNSN, F3:POSITN) (see LCD 2) will be automatically
synchronized with the machine by SelfSet
TM
. Operator modification of these three values are not
recommended unless necessary.
