11.3 Wrap Assembly Adjustment
a. Place a product between wrap plate and wrap belt, then use width adjustment handwheel of the
wrap plate to adjust the width until the bottle is snugly held by the belt and the plate, but not too
tight. Start the machine to run the samples and then check the labels. If the labels are not smooth,
move the plate forwards. If the product is lifted upwards from the conveyor during wrapping
operation, then, try to move the plate backward.
b. Adjust both the heights of the wrap belt and the wrap plate by turning height adjustment handwheels
to meet the position of the label.
