Labeling Head Switch:
To turn labeling head ON or OFF, the right rectangle in the symbol becomes black to indicate that
the labeling head is active. This key should also be pressed for the adjustments of LABEL
DISPENSING SPEED, LABEL EXTENSION, LABEL POSITION, LABEL SENSING and LABEL
LENGTH. The right rectangle in black indicates that the modifications are being done.
Hot Stamp Printer Switch:
When PRINT time is displayed, use this key to toggle ON or OFF the hot stamp printer. X2 indicates
that the printer is off.
1. To switch the product separator wheel OFF and ON.
2. To adjust the speed of the product separator wheel.
Call Memory:
To recall the job setting from memory. Firstly press and then select the job # required, then
press to confirm.
Save key:
To save a new job setting into memory.
Erase key:
To erase all the setting, ready for an entry of new value.
Quickly slowing down:
Use this key to immediately slows the conveyor down for observing the labeling process.
Enter key:
Use this key to confirm the selections during CALL and SAVE operations, as well as to confirm all
the parameters changes, such as REMAINING, PD SPD, LAB SPD…etc.
Press this key after job # has been selected for either CALL or SAVE, also press this key after a
new value has been entered for a given parameter.
