Syntax
This
command is used to control the multicast VLAN function. The
ISM VLAN will take effect when IGMP snooping multicast VLAN is
enabled. By default, the multicast VLAN is in a disabled state.

can issue this command.

Example usage:
To enable an IGMP snoop multicast VLAN:
