About After-sale Service
WARNING

Electrical shock or fire may result if you
attempt to disassemble, modify or repair the
product yourself.
Request your dealer when the product
needs repair.
Do not relocate the product from the original instal-
lation place yourself.
Improper installation can result in water
leaks, electrical shock or fire.
Request your dealer when the product
needs to be relocated.
• When requesting repair, provide the following
information:
• Model name
• Date of installation
• Description of malfunction
Provide as much detail as possible.
(Also describe the indications displayed on the
remote control.)
• Your name, address and phone number
• Relocation of the product
Relocation of the product must be performed by a
trained specialist. If the product needs to be relo-
cated, be sure to contact your dealer.
There will be a charge for the relocation of the prod-
uct.
• Repair after the expiration of warranty
(free-repair period)
If the product exhibits a problem after the warranty
expires, consult your dealer. If the product function
can be restored by repair, we will repair the product
for a charge upon receiving your repair request.
(Warranty period: One full year from the date of
installation)
