ES601Plus OPERATING MANUAL
As ES601Plus is used to perform safety and other tests, the Clip Record will accumulate the following data:
• Device Information (control number, description , make, model, etc)
• Safety Test Measurements (voltage, current, and resistance values)
• ECG AutoSequence test data (waveform and test result) – AUTO MODE only.
• Data from other types of automated testing, such as Test Procedures - AUTO MODE only.
Data accumulated in the Clip Record may be reviewed at any point during the manual testing process by
selecting the VIEW RECORD button.
If a test is repeated, the results from the repeated test will overwrite the Clip Records contents for that test.
Pressing the STANDARD button or AUTO MODE button on the MANUAL MODE menu will c le ar
th e Clip Re c o rd . Clip Record data which has not been saved as a Test Record will be e ras e d .
5.3 Safety Standards
NOTE:
The safety standard should not be changed d u rin g a manual test. Pressing this button during a manual
test will erase all measurement data in the Clip Record. Select the standard firs t, then proceed with
manual safety tests.
This button on the MANUAL MODE menu allows you to select the safety standard to be applied.
Available options are:
• IEC60601
• AAMI-ES1
• VDE0751
• IEC62353
• IEC601-BAT (IEC60601 standard for battery-powered equipment)
• AAMI-BAT (AAMI standard for battery-powered equipment)
• VDE-BAT (VDE0751 standard for battery-powered equipment)
• IEC353-BAT (IEC62353 standard for battery-powered equipment)
• IEC61010
