1 Follow the procedure in Before working inside your computer.
2 Remove the:
a base cover
b battery
c WLAN
d system fan
3 To remove the display assembly:
a Peel the adhesive tape that secures the IO board cable to the IO board connector [1].
b Open the IO board connector latch and disconnect the IO board cable from the connector on the IO board [2].
c Peel the adhesive tape that secures the display cable to the display cable connector [3].
d Open the display cable connector latch and disconnect the display cable from the connector on the system board [4].
