If the display device doesn’t get the sensor reading twice in a row, the Signal Loss
banner displays. To resolve, follow the instructions on the alert screen and move
away from items that emit radio waves, such as microwave ovens, Wi-Fi hotspots,
and digital assistants.

If the receiver shows the loading screen unexpectedly and does not display the
trend screen within 3minutes, contact technical support (in the app, go to Profile
> Contact). For more information, see instructions on the alert screen.
