Closing a session
To close a
telnet
session or an
rlogin
session, you can:
• Log out of the remote system, which causes the remote system to close the
session.
• Escape to the command line and type the
close
command.
You may also close
rlogin
sessions using the
rlogin
escape sequence:
Carriage Return ~ . (Carriage Return tilde period).
