Putting the motorcycle in reverse, when a ny of the other · gears is

w hich enters t. he correspon ding recess on the gea rshift disk, when
changing over to reverse.
The reverse shift lever is secured on the tapered part of the le-
ve r shaft a nd is set to the required position before tig ht ening the
nut.
