WARNING
Set program switch to CLOSE
before performing maintenance!
CAUTION
Air gap setting between brake and
brake disc:
. mm to . mm
(." to .")
. Using . mm hex key, loosen three
M x  set screws securing brake disc to
motor shaft.
. Insert feeler gauge [air gap setting for
sizing] between brake disc and brake.
. Move brake disc against shim(s).
. Screw M x  set screws against motor
shaft but do not tighten.
. Remove feeler gauge.
. Tighten M x  set screws.
CAUTION
M x SHCS torque setting:
. in-lb + . in-lb [. Nm +. Nm].
TIPS AND RECOMMENDATIONS
Paper stock thickness:
approximately 0.003"
