Preparing the Suction System
The Julian Anesthesia Workstation is designed to accept
commonly used, vacuum driven suction systems such as
Abbott Receptal
or similar units.
● Prepare secretion collecting canisters and hose
system according to manufacturer's instructions for
use for the suction unit.
1 Attach vacuum hose to the VAC port of the Julian
Workstation.
WARNING !
When using a suction system, it is the
responsibility of the user to ensure com-
pliance with all regulations governing the
handling and disposal of articles contami-
nated with body fluids (infectious waste).
