The system compliance and the leakage of the breathing
system and breathing circuit are determined by Julian in
the self test.
Depending on the patient circuit used, system
compliance is 5 to 6 mL/cmH2O.
The system will tolerate leaks up to 150 mL/min at
30 cmH2O.
For leaks of more than 150 mL/min:
● Check patient circuit and repeat leak test.
After the self test, Julian switches to standby.
