INSTRUMENT SETTINGS
Instrument settings describe the miscellaneous tasks that you can
perform to keep the Xplorer running efficiently. These are tasks that you
might perform only occasionally.
You can configure the instrument to set up the following:
 Time and date display
 Language selection
 Communications options
 Manage files in memory
 Firmware update
 Trigger alarm setup
 Setup display
 Factory default settings
As with other instrument control functions, there are three ways to
access the Setup Instrument page:

– upon instrument power-up and prior to monitoring, using the large
shortcut button, select Setup Instrument on the Home page.

– on the taskbar of most typical screens, where shortcuts to common
instrument functions including Setup Instrument are found.

rd
– from the Start Menu, press Change Instrument Configuration.
