9. Pneumatic Connection
ATTENTION !
The fault-free functioning of the pneumatic units is only
assured when the line pressure is 8 to 10 bar.
The operating pressure of the special sewing machine is
6 bar
.
Pneumatics connection pack
A pneumatics connection pack for stands with a compressed air maintenance unit is
available under the order no. 0797 003031.
It contains the following components: - Connection hose, 5 m long Ø = 9 mm
- Hose nozzles and hose clamps
- Coupling socket and coupling plug
- Maintenance unit with pressure gauge
and pressure regulator
Connecting the compressed air maintenance unit

Fasten the compressed air maintenance unit 1 to the stand brace with the angle,
screws and bracket.

Connect the compressed air maintenance unit to the compressed air line with
connection hose 4 ( Ø = 9 mm) and hose coupling R1/4".
Setting the operating pressure
The operating pressure is
6 bar
.
It can be read at the pressure gauge 3.
–
To set the operating pressure, pull up knob 2 and turn.
Increase pressure = Turn knob 2 clockwise
Decrease pressure = Turn knob 2 counterclockwise
