Shape
To insert a shape into the message, select the Shape button from the Add
menu, select the required shape from the list.
A properties box will open, define the properties of the shape and select the
button to insert into the message.
Using the Move/Size and Rotate/Flip functions, arrange the item as
required within the message area.
Image
To insert an image into the message, select the Image button from the Add
menu, the printer will open an images folder stored in the printer. Either:
• Browse for the required image or
• Go t
o Settings > File Manager > Printer and select USB drive to view
the images on the USB drive. Import an image from either the USB or a
remote source by entering the pathname of the image’s location.
Note: Imported images must be monochrome .bmp format.
Using the Move/Size and Rotate/Flip functions, arrange the item as

equired within the message area.
Copy/Clone
To copy an item within the message, select the Copy/Clone button from the
Add menu. Select the item to copy from the list, the printer will add a copy
into the message.
Using the Move/Size and Rotate/Flip functions, arrange the item as
required within the message area.
