OPERATION

Groups
Create and manage groups - this will allow the access level to be set for
each group. For example, Operators can be set such that they can only
select and send messages to print, whereas the Operator Supervisor could
be created and set such that they can create and manage messages.
To add a new group:
Select Add new group
Enter a Group Name, e.g. Level 1 Operator
Enter the Description, e.g. Select and send messages only
Select Save
From the list, select the required actions that this group can perform
Select Cancel, Save or Delete Group.
To view, edit or delete existing groups:
Select the Group from the list
Edit the description and select the actions required as necessary
Select Cancel, Save or Delete Group.
User Policy
To enable Auto Log-in, select the tickbox and select the Auto Login User
type from the pull-down menu.
Electronic Signature
This tab allows the user to enable the following functions by selecting
tickboxes:
Enable Upgrades
•Start Backup
•Start Restore
•Start Migrating
Purge Migrated Data.
Select beside the desired electronic signature to rename the signature
or Use Default.
