Remote Pause
(Not available on Communicator II in CM mode)
To remotely pause and resume printing, a switch can be connected to pins
on the I/O connector on the rear of the printer.
Notes: (1) When remote pause is enabled the pause and resume buttons
will not be shown on
the home screen.
(2) When the switch is closed the printer is paused, when the
switch is open the printer will r
esume.
(1) Select 2 available pins from one of the ta
bles bellow and connect the
switch.

(2) Select Settings > IO P
ort > Assignment > Remote Pause
(3) Choose which input the switch is connected to from the drop down
menu.
