too much current. This could be
caused by faulty motor or print head
card error.

overload
Print head has drawn too much
current. Could be caused by faulty
print head, damaged cables or stepper
motor card error.
111 Start when speed too
low
The web speed was not fast enough
when the start signal was applied.
Make sure the web is running before
applying the start signal.
Alternatively verify the signal is correct
for the application.
112 Ribbon speed too
high
The speed of the print ribbon was too
high. Slow down the web speed or
increase the ribbon economy.
113 Washdown cover
inserted

Remove washdown cover before
printing.
