4. Connect the grounding cable to the grounding screw.
• For the 15–30 kVA UPS, refer to Figure 20: Connector locations (15–30 kVA).
• For the 40 kVA UPS, refer to Figure 21: Connector locations (40 kVA).
• For the 60–80 kVA UPS, refer to Figure 22: Connector locations (60–80 kVA).
5. Route all cables through the cable glands to connect them to their related connectors. For the torque
values, refer to Table
8: UPS (15–40 kVA) power cable terminations and torques and Table 9: UPS
(60–80 kVA) power cable terminations and torques.

6. After you installed all cables, reinstall the gland plates.
7. To install a parallel system, repeat the above steps to all UPSs in the system.
8. To install the external battery cabinet, refer to Section
5.3.2 Install the external battery cabinet.
WARNING
Route the wires through the sides of the cabinet to prevent them from blocking
the hot ventilation area in the rear of the cabinet.
