TRSM0950 Disassembly/Assembly | Input Shaft Disassembly/Assembly
7. Install Input Shaft into Clutch Housing.
8. Place Input Shaft Cup (RR1087TR-6) on the Input
Shaft.
9. Press Input Shaft into Input Bearing until full seated.
NOTICE: Do not over press Input Shaft into Clutch
Housing. Over pressing could result in component
damage.
10. Install Input Shaft Snap Ring.
NOTICE: A new snap ring is required when reinstalling.
A used snap ring may detach from Input Shaft and
result in transmission component damage.
Note: The snap ring will not install if Input Shaft is not
fully seated into Input Shaft Bearing.
