Oil Pump Installation | Installation TRSM0950
Procedure - Installation
1. Install O-ring to the Oil Pump/Range Spacer.
2. Install Oil Pump/Range Spacer with O-ring and align
tab with groove in Oil Pump Assembly.
NOTICE: Ensure spacer tab is aligned to groove and
sits flush with housing or component damage may
occur during installation.
3. While holding the Oil Pump/Range Spacer in place,
align oil pump drive key with slot on Lower Counter
-
shaft and install Oil Pump Assembly to Main Housing.
NOTICE: Ensure drive key is aligned with slot or com-
ponent damage may occur during Oil Pump Assembly
installation to Main Housing.
4. Press Oil Pump Assembly to ensure it sits flat on Main
Housing sealing surface.
