Input Shaft Pilot Bearing Wear Sleeve Disassembly/Assembly | Disassembly/Assembly TRSM0950
Procedure – Assembly
1. Clean the Pilot Bearing Wear Sleeve surfaces on the
input shaft.
2. Apply grease to alignment pin groove on the input
shaft to hold the Wear Sleeve Alignment Pin in place.
3. Slide the Wear Sleeve Alignment Pin into the groove on
the input shaft.
NOTICE: Chamfered end of alignment pin must face
forward.
4. Align the groove in the Pilot Bearing Wear Sleeve with
the Wear Sleeve Alignment Pin.
