Reset service
The following table lists the different types of resets
supported by the identity object.
Resetting the drive interface to its out-of-box
configuration will change the response of the drive to a loss
of communications with the drive. The devices will have
to be re-configured for your application before resuming
normal operation.
Table 168. Reset service
Value Reset description
0 Initializes drive to the Power-up state. (Soft reset)
1 Writes default values to all instance attributes then saves all non-volatile attributes to
FLASH memory and then performs the equivalent of a Reset (0). (Factory Reset)
