3.3.3 Motor Protection Wiring
The terminal block output is the contact signal of the thermal protector in the motor. Use this signal to
cutout the pump power when the motor is overheat.
Fig. 3.5 shows the contact conditions of the terminal block.
Terminal screw size : M3
Applicable cable size : AWG 20
Crimp-type terminal : JST R1.25-3 or equivalent
* The max. outside diameter of the terminal must use the one of less than φ6.7 mm.
NOTE
Do not wire vacant pins.
NOTE
Apply a 24V DC power for input signals on the pump side. Do not apply this voltage on
the equipment side.
NOTE
When output signals are used to energize an inductive load such as a relay, be sure to
insert a diode (100V. 1A class) in order to absorb the back electromotive force due to

Be sure to wire all signals with the correct polarity (+/-).
NOTE
Conditions of output contact depend on those signals. Apply suitable voltage for each
contact; relay or open collector outputs.
