The tape cutter signal can be influenced by parameter 020 in such a way that the signal remains on at the seam
end and is off when you begin sewing again after some run-out stitches, which can be set using parameter 021.
This action serves as clamp.

7.21 Manual Tape Cutter/Fast Scissors
Upon pressing an external key depending on the pre-selection of parameters 240...246, the tape cutter or fast
scissors can be enabled anywhere in the seam or at standstill.
