Description:
• Turns specified Zone zz off/on/toggle.
• Zone turns on to last selected source.

<cr>:
carriage return: Hexadecimal 0x0D or Decimal 13
zz:
Zone: 01-24
a:
0 = OFF
1 = ON
2 = TOG
Examples:
• &S86,PWR,13,0<cr> turns Zone 13 off.
• &S86,PWR,02?<cr> queries Zone 2.
• &S86,PWR,13,1<cr> turns Zone 13 on.
• &S86,PWR,13,2<cr> toggles Zone 13 from on to off or off to on.
