clamp
is
attached

the oscillator
In
order
to

uarantee
a
safe
GND
connecti
on
between
the
cr
ocodile
c
lip
and
the
de
vice
gro
und,
a
multimeter
is
used
to
ens
ures
that
t
he
transition
resistance
of
the
set
to
the
device
ground
i
s
low
(R<1 Ohm)
.
To
do
th
is,
one
of
the
m
easuring
tip
on
the
multimeter
is
held
o
n
the
protective
earth
of
the
device.
The
other
m
easuring
t
ip
is
connected
t
o
the tip of the discharge se
t.
