protection".

Devices with integrated overvoltage protection must be earthed.

Process temperature limits • PMD70: –20...+85°C (–4...+185°F)
• FMD76: –20...+85 °C (–4...+185°F)
• PMD75 with impulse piping longer than 100 mm: –40...+120°C (–40...+248°F),
with side flanges C22.8 and impulse piping longer than 100 mm: –10...+120°C (14...+248°F)
• FMD77 and FMD78, depending on the diaphragm seal and filling oil: up to + 400°C (+752°F)

• PMD70, FMD76, PMD75 and FMD78: Observe the Process temperature range of the seal.
