4.6 Reference Voltage Supply Pins
4.6.1 +5V REF_Type015
This is internally regulated and monitored reference voltage supply for external devices.
This reference output can be switched on/off by application.
Overload protection
If the output current exceeds the nominal output current, then the output voltage is less than
specified voltage level.
Voltage monitoring
The level of the output voltage can be monitored by application.
