5.14 External off contact
The system allows it to be switched off by external devices via the off-contact. See page 14 for electrical connections.
This contact gives the possibility to pause the full automation by making or breaking the off-contact. For example, an external backwash
valve can stop the system. Other examples:
• Externe beschermingsvoorzieningen
• Floats for dry running protection
4.14.1External off contact instellen
Go to the control panel and enter pin:123.
Please note: never change other settings here. This is a menu for authorized technicians.
Turn on the "Ext off", this will let the system know that the automatic ring can be stopped by external systems.
Then you leave the menu and you can go to the settings of the Off contact.
Choose an option:*
N/O: This indicates that the contact is normally open. This means that if the ignition is closed, the system goes into pause.
In case of a short pulse or a contact made less than 2.5 minutes, the system will always go into pause for 2.5 minutes, even if the contact has
already been broken.
N/C: This indicates that the ignition is normally closed. This means that when the ignition is opened, the system goes into pause.
In case of a short pulse or a contact made less than 2.5 minutes, the system will always go into pause for 2.5 minutes, even if the contact has
already been broken.
*After the choice, the system will perform a 2.5 minute pause, this confirms the choice and is normal behavior.
