Editing of Input / Output Format
You can change the input/output format of PROFIBUS-DP slave module.
Change to the format to “byte” or “word” as necessary.
When you change the input/output format of PROFIBUS-DP slave board, you need to
change the input/output format of the slave information registered in the Fieldbus master
device.
Use the window below to change the input/output format of the slave information
registered in the Fieldbus master device by the applicomIO console application.
Byte format
16 Bytes Out Output: 32Bytes
16 Bytes Out
16 Bytes In Input: 32Bytes
16 Bytes In
Word format
16 Word Out Output: 32Byte
16 Word In Input: 32Byte
Electronic Information File (GSD file)
A GSD file is supplied for PROFIBUS-DP slave module network configuration. The file
is located in the following folder where EPSON RC+7.0 is installed.
\EpsonRC70\Fieldbus\Profibus
