24. Confirm that [Name] is “EtherNet/IP Scanner for CIFX”.
Click <Download>.
25. Click <Yes>.
Start the installation of firmware.
26. Select [Settings]-[Licensing] tab.
27. Confirm that the license of [EtherNet/IP Scanner] is set to “Existing: YES”.
28. Select [Configuration]-[Network Settings] tab.
