1.5.3 Printer Adjustment Mode
The EPSON Stylus COLOR 3000 allows users to adjust the following items.

Pattern 1 Uni-d adjustment at 400 cps *

Pattern 3 Bi-d adjustment at 200 cps *

Pattern 4 Head gap adjustment between black and color to the cross
feed direction at 200 cps *

Pattern 5 Head gap adjustment between black and color to the cross
feed direction at 100 cps *

*1 With an increment of 1/1,440 inch
*2 With an increment of 1/720 inch


pattern number.

by pressing the "Micro Adjust "

2.Select the language by pressing
the "Pause" button.
The printer prints the instruction
sheet on how to adjust the printer.
Press the "Pause" button while
turning on the printer.
The printer prints the instruction
sheet on how to select the language.
Select the most closely aligned pattern
by pressing the "Media Type" button.
1. Select the appropriate test by
pressing the "Micro Adjust " button.
2. Press the "Pause" button.
The printer prints the test patterns.
