3 • Safe handling of carbon dioxide and the gas bottle

The room temperature should be between 15 °C and 25 °C. It is possible that these
values may be exceeded or may not be reached for a short period, as the gas bottle
only heats up or cools down slowly.
Check the thread of the bottle valve for damage.
Do not apply force to the gas bottle, gas bottle adapter and bottle valve.
Check the seal of all connections once the bottle valve has been opened. No gas
may escape. If there are leaks, check that all connections are secure. If you cannot
rectify the leak, close the bottle valve and inform Technical Service.
Close the bottle valve after every period of use.
