Error messages are also shown in segment (3) of the display (see Fig. 8-2).
Complete the steps to rectify the fault in sequence for a possible cause.
If there are several possible causes, use the table to identify the cause (e.g. footswitch
not connected). Complete the corresponding steps to rectify the fault in sequence.
Setting not changeable. You cannot change the setting.
Maximal Setting achieved. Maximum setting value reached.
Minimal Setting achieved. Minimum setting value reached.

Please check waste gas
nozzle. Activation not pos

The waste gas tube is obstructed. Check whether the waste gas tube is
kinked or blocked.
Unit malfunction If the error continues to be displayed,
inform Technical Service.
Please check gas supply.
Activation not possible.
The input pressure is less than 5 bar:
No gas bottle is connected.
The gas bottle is empty.
The bottle valve is not open.
The input pressure is greater than 75 bar:
The gas bottle is too warm.
Unit malfunction
Check the input pressure.
If the input pressure is less than 5 bar,
proceed as follows:
Connect a gas bottle.
Change the gas bottle.
Open the bottle valve.
If the input pressure is greater than 75
bar, proceed as follows:
Change the gas bottle.
Allow the gas bottle to acclimatize at
room temperature for approx. 8
hours.
If the error continues to be displayed,
inform Technical Service.
Activation has been inter-
rupted. Please use another
probe.
Probe malfunction Connect a different probe.
Unit malfunction If the error continues to be displayed,
inform Technical Service.
Activation has been inter-
