DOSES
This group of functions allows you to dene all the vari-
ables which contribute to the preparation of the drink
seleCtion parameters
By conrming this function, you can access the submen-
us for managing the parameters; the rst option is the
choice of the selection which you would like to change.
After the selection, the corresponding parameters will be
displayed, which will be dierent if the key is a selection
or a preselection.
dose Composition
Use this group of functions to modify the doses and pa-
rameters relative to the waters and powders of the drink
you have selected.
Conrm this function to display the list of the ingredients
(powder/s and water) composing the drink, in the order
the water dose is dispensed (see the dose table).
A drink can be composed by max. 4 ingredients
(powder/s and water).
Every single water dose can be associated with several
powders.
To dispense water, act on the following parameters:
mixer
mixing mode
It is possible, for each selection, to set the mixing dura-
tion of each dose of water which forms the selection.
The duration can be set in two dierent modes:
- absolute
which means independent from the solenoid valve
opening time.
The value of the mixing duration is set in terms of rela-
tive volumetric counter pulses (CDV)
- relative
that is, by dierence, more or less than the time of clos-
ing of the solenoid valve.
E.g.: if the value is 0, the mixing will stop exactly at the
same closing time of the solenoid valve.
The duration value of the mixing is always expressed in
tenths of a second.
mixing speed (loW / medium / high)
The mixing speed can be dened as a function of the
desired presentation of the product.
mixing time
It is possible to dene, within a single product, for how
long the mixer shall be active after the closure of the
solenoid valve.
Water doses
The dispensing of water can be controlled through the
following parameters:
event start (0 - 3)
The Event start function is used to dene the dispensing
sequence of the ingredients.
Among the ingredients described in the recipe, the iden-
tication number of the rst ingredient to be dispensed
(start 0) will be indicated as the beginning of dispensing
(start) of the next ingredient.
For example, if the “Cappuccino with chocolate” recipe
includes:
- Ingredient 1 Milk
- Ingredient 2 Coffee
- Ingredient 3 Chocolate
the dispensing sequence of the ingredients is:
-Ingredient 1 Milk (start 0)
-Ingredient 2 Coee (start 1)
-Ingredient 3 Chocolate (start 2)
To change the presentation of the drink, placing the
milk on top for example, the dispensing sequence of the
ingredients could be:
-Ingredient 3 Chocolate (start 0)
-Ingredient 2 Coee (start 3)
-Ingredient 1 Milk (start 2)
