It is possible to set (in hundredths of a second) the delay
of the water with respect to the previous event.
dose in CC
It is possible to set, directly in cc, the quantity of water
desired for each ingredient.
poWder doses
To dispense powders, act on the following parameters:
dose in grams
You can directly set up the powder quantity you wish for
every single ingredient composing the drink in grams.
floW rate in gr/seC.
You can set up the working speed of ingredient motors to
dene the ow rate in gr/sec.
This value is used to calculate the time necessary to
dispense the dose in gr.
deCaff CyCle or step dispensing
Use this function to establish for every single instant
coee selection whether powder shall be dispensed ac-
cording to a deca cycle or on a step basis, compared to
“global” setting.
- DECAFF CYCLE: use this parameter to dispense
powder before water to improve the drink quality (recom-
mended for instant coee).
step: use this parameter to dispense poWder
at intervals (you Can set up from 1 to 5) at the
same time as Water.
drip
For each selection it is possible to dene the waiting time
(programmable from 0 to 2000 hundredths of a second)
from the end of dispensing to the closure of the shifting
system in order to give the tubes time to empty.
seleCtion status
You can dene for every single selection key whether to
enable it or not.
aCCessories
For each of the accessories:
- sugar ON/OFF
- stirrer ON/OFF
- cup ON/OFF
- sugar in the cup (amount in g.)
it is possible to decide whether it has to be added or not
to a selection.
Complete seleCtion test
With this function it is possible to obtain for each se-
lection, with the door open and without inserting the
amount, the dispensing of:
- complete selection
- only water
- only powder
- without accessories (cup, sugar and stirrer)
- only accessories
produCt Code
Use this function to assign a 16-alphanumeric character
identication code to every single selection for the pur-
pose of processing statistics
global poWder doses
With this function it is possible to adjust at the same time
the powder dose of each ingredient motor related to
several selections.

pump Calibration
The speed and ow rate of direct current pumps can be
controlled electronically.
To adjust the control device to the actual ow rate, cali-
brate the pumps, i.e. measure the actual ow rate at a
given speed.
The operation is performed at the factory, but you may
have to repeat it for various reasons.
After having found out the mixer where to act and con-
rmed the type of nozzles in use, the pump is operated
for a well-dened time at the minimum and maximum
speed by means of the corresponding menu. The system
can optimise the dispensing speed by storing the water
quantities you get.
ingredient motor Calibration
To convert the product dose values properly, set up the
ow rate value of every single ingredient motor in gr/s to
calculate the grams to be dispensed.
