Setup Guide Checklist
c Hardware setup
1. cMeasure and cut hole in mounting surface.
2. cPrepare and pull cables.
3. cInstall electrical box or mounting bracket (if
appropriate).
4. cChange front panel buttons (optional).
5. cAttach cables to MLC rear panel, display device,
switcher, and optional IR emitter.
6. cConnect power and turn on all equipment.
7. cConnect to the USB configuration port.
8. cSet up the software (see “Software setup”).
9. cTest the system.
10. c Mount the MLC 62.
11. cRestore power to all devices.
c Software setup
1. c Download (if necessary) and install the
configuration software.
2. c Create a project file.
a. cDownload device drivers
b. cStart a new project
c. cConfigure ports.
d. cConfigure front panel buttons.
e. cSet up relays and the Digital Input port
(optional).
f. cSave the project and upload the configuration.
